The Flags data point in Rocket Source is a bit of a "catch-all". It is generally used to signal that there is something special about the results for this listing that you should look at a bit closer.

At the very moment, flags aren't used at all!

But in the near future, we will be pushing out updates to flag items that:

• Amazon does not have FBA fees listed for
  In some cases, Amazon itself isn't able to return a FBA fee for us. In these cases, to calculate the FBA fee using the products dimensions and weights.
